My Little Ladybug
We ate dinner with Tullia, Clark, and Sabrina at Dream Cafe, which suprisingly had no other customers. After dinner and we dropped off Tullia with her mom, we drove over to our neighborhood and searched for my Aunt’s house. She lives maybe 2 minutes from our house, but there were so many trick or treaters… and we got mixed up on where she lived… that it took us an hour to reach her house. It was crazy. but we made it to her house and spent some time with them. but it was pretty late and Taylor was incredibly fussy/sleepy (until my Aunt brought out the weebles treehouse lol). but it was nice to see her and her husband. Hope everyone else had a great halloween. Here are some photos of Taylor before we left.
Busy Week
I just wrote an entry about this and copied it to paste it in a new entry instead of the last one, but stupid me decided to copy something else and didnt even think about the entry I wrote. ugh. Basically it just said that I’ve been really busy this week. Shelley and her boys came into town last Friday, because Randall and Kristin were going to come here before they left for Switzerland. So Monday Jamie’s family came over to visit and say goodbye, and then Tuesday night Alfie’s family came over. They left Wednesday afternoon and Shelley left Thursday afternoon. Our computer broke on Tuesday. There were all kinds of adware on it that kept overloading it. We took it to my Uncle Jimmy’s computer shop Wednesday and he fixed it for us and we just got it back yesterday evening. But we had to go pick up Tullia and then we went and borrowed my Dad’s car, because we got our mirrors and window fixed today. We are about to go pick it up, so I better get off the computer now. Here are some pictures of Thomas and Meyer playing with Taylor.
Babycenter: 11 months, 3 weeks
Ask your baby “Where is your mouth?” this week, and chances are he’ll touch his own. Most 11-month-olds can respond to simple questions by pointing to the named object. Your baby can also follow simple instructions: Tell him you want a kiss and he might just give you one. Many can babble in short sentences that sound like a foreign language, too. Keep talking to your child, naming and labeling objects and people. The more you do, the faster his vocabulary will grow.
Pizza
Tuesday between the times of picking up tullia, we went to eat at Rocco’s Pizza & Pasta. I think it has become our favorite pizza/italian place. They have wonderful new york style pizza and its fairly cheap. yum! I took some photos. Taylor had some crackers and they were all over the place lol. I think more got on the floor and the highchair than in her mouth. and Jamie isnt mad in these photos, he is just eating/caught off guard lol.
