I have been reading the books by Stephenie Meyer and just saw the movie. You can now watch the Twilight movie online through yahoo.

Reading

We got home today around 11:30-12, so we stopped at Saltgrass Steakhouse for lunch. It was good food and although we had loads of fun, its nice to be home. School starts back up tomorrow and I have an 8:30am class. I’m looking forward to finishing up my degree… it has taken me way to long. But then again, I got married and had a baby in the middle of it lol.

Anyway, I wanted to comment on the audiobook we rented at Cracker Barrell on the way home. I was a little worried that it was going to be too girly, but when Jamie said it kinda sounded good/okay I snatched it up and rented it lol. We rented Remember Me? by Sophie Kinsella. When it started I was also a little worried it would be kind of hard to follow since the author and reader had British accents, but instead it was very easy to listen to and had a farely good plot. I enjoy reading (and/or listening to audiobooks), but I just dont know who or what to read. I joined a reading site called Good Reads… does anyone want to add me as their friend? and/or leave me comments to give me recommendations as to what to read?

I have been reading the Harry Potter series for the first time. I just finished book 4 and am a little hesistant to read the next ones. I want to read it because its so interesting and I want to know what happens. but I like the fact that I know whats different between the books and movies. I like picturing Rupert Grint and Emma Watson as Ron and Hermione. With the next few books I wont be able to know what they look like. stupid I know, because that is a big reason why people like the books… so they can use their own imagination… but still. I will probably start the next one today or tomorrow. I wont be able to tell Jamie anything, because I dont want to ruin it for him. but I have been telling him everything thats different with the movies and books so far lol. It will be hard.

I also want to read other books too. I tried when I was pregnant and bored at home, but I had no idea who to read. I joined library thing like Melissa, but im not sure if I like the set up. I want to be able to get suggestions and read what people thought about the books they read with a little description of the book. Hm, we’ll see. I want to be entertained. If you have any suggestions for a book, please… I’m open to them.

Harry Potter

Oh my god. Oh my god. Do not DO NOT read wikipedia’s information about Harry Potter unless you have read all current books. There are spoilers in there that will shock the crap out of you. or atleast it did to me. I ordered all six hardback harry potter books from ebay and two of them have arrived so far. I got them pretty cheap I think. About $55 dollars and that is including shipping. All in excellant to new condition as well. That is what I bought myself for Christmas. I’m pretty excited about that. I have only read the first two (I got soft covers at walmart for like $5-6 a piece). and of course seen all the movies. It is so neat to have watched the movies and compare it with the books. They give you more information that makes alot of things clearer.

Are any of my friends Harry Potter fans?

I have been thinking about dressing up as Harry Potter (well not HARRY but a gryffindor) for halloween. I found the livejournal community that has alot of information as where to buy certain pieces of the costume. Okay how big of a dork am I? lol.
